The cookies and tracking tools we use, why we use them and how to manage them.
What they are
Cookies are small files stored by your browser. Similar technologies, including pixels and local identifiers, can serve the same purpose. Some are needed for the site to work; others measure visits or advertising campaigns.
Categories
Necessary and functional: remember the selected language, technical preferences, sessions and booking or checkout steps. Some features may fail without them. Measurement: helps us understand page usage and campaign results. Marketing: supports advertising attribution, conversions and more relevant ads. Measurement and marketing are not necessary for browsing and require consent where applicable.
Services and providers
The site integrates Google Tag Manager (including Meta Escape tracking infrastructure), TikTok Pixel, Meta conversion tools and an OpenAI pixel for measurement and advertising. The payment provider may use its own tools necessary for the transaction. Third-party cookie names and lifetimes may change when providers update their technology; see their notices too.
We also use a campaign-attribution identifier and a language preference. What is actually set depends on the page, features you use and your choices.
Choices and withdrawal
You may reject non-essential tools and change your preferences when the consent panel is available. You can also delete or block cookies in your browser settings; this does not automatically erase data already sent to third parties. To object to or withdraw consent for promotional messages, use the link in the message or email amministrazione@metaexperiences.it.
Scrolling a page does not constitute consent. Blocking necessary cookies may stop booking or checkout from working properly.
Duration and updates
Session cookies expire when the browser closes. Persistent cookies remain until their expiry or until you delete them. Third-party identifiers have provider-specific lifetimes that may change. We update this page when our services change.
