Upon arrival at one of our locations, our Game Masters will welcome you, provide a brief introduction on how to best enjoy your chosen adventure, and answer all your questions. Then they will guide you into the game room and help you put on the VR headsets. From that moment, an extraordinary experience begins.

Meta Escape is a portal to extraordinary worlds: in reality, the rooms may seem empty, but once you put on the headset, you will be teleported into universes full of magic.

At Meta Escape, we have committed to providing the best VR graphics standards on the market: immersive and detailed environments, spatial 3D audio, and engaging storytelling. We guarantee total immersion in the adventure you choose.

Each of you can choose from the many available avatars: in the metaverse, there are no limits to imagination. You can be whoever you want, and for the entire adventure, your friends will see you as the avatar you selected.

You will all be in the same game room and can communicate with each other just like in real life, with the only difference that your friends will appear as avatars.

You will be a team with a common goal: overcome all the challenges you encounter. Save the world? Defeat the Queen of Hearts? Each environment has its mission, but all require collaboration and teamwork.

During the entire adventure, you will have a dedicated Game Master ready to assist you at any time. Our goal is to ensure maximum fun: you will never be left alone facing any challenge.

There are no limits to the help you can request and no penalties for doing so. The Game Master will always be at your disposal: whether you are an experienced escaper or a beginner, you will receive all the support needed to fully enjoy the experience.

All our virtual reality games are suitable for ages 10 and up, making Meta Escape an experience for all ages. The only exception is zombie adventures, reserved for participants aged 16 and up.

All our rooms are equipped with air conditioning, so you can choose the temperature you prefer. Our Game Masters will be available throughout the experience.

Yes, the headsets are designed to adapt to different needs: they can be tightened or loosened to accommodate glasses and shaped to fit the head, ensuring maximum comfort.

Hygiene is one of our main values: headsets are cleaned and disinfected before each game using specially selected products. Additionally, at the end of each day, we perform a deep cleaning to ensure the highest hygiene standards for our customers.

Forget the joystick in our escape rooms: thanks to the brand-new hand tracking technology, you can interact with the game and your teammates using your hands. Hand tracking continuously detects your movements and reproduces them digitally, ensuring maximum immersion in the adventure.
